What is the Eligibility Criteria for Gujarat Vahali Dikari Scheme?

• Only Permanent Residents of Gujarat are Eligible

• This Scheme is valid for First Two Girl Childs Per Family

• Annual Income of the family must not exceed Rs. 2 Lakhs

Key Features/Benefits of Vahali Dikari Yojana

• Once the Girl Child Enters Class 1, Financial Assistance of Rs. 4000 Will be Given

• After Entering Class 9 the Girl child gets financial assistance of Rs. 6000

• Upon Attaining age of 18 years, the State Government will transfer Rs. 1 Lakh to the beneficiary for Higher Education & Marriage

The Biggest Suspense Regarding this Scheme is the application procedure. It is not clearly mentioned anywhere that how will one apply. Will there we any provision of Online Registration process or there will be an Offline Application Form? it’s not clear till now.
